Ruth Garahy
Prop. M.P.S.I Pharmacist, Nutrition & Life Coach
Ruth Garahy is a qualified Pharmacist with a 1st class postgrad qualification in Health Promotion. Ruth is passionate about diabetes prevention and remission and is currently partnered with the University of Limerick School of Medicine and local GPs to provide structured education on diabetes prevention to customers of Gray’s totalhealth Pharmacy. Ruth has also studied to become a nutrition and lifestyle coach providing expert advice on a ‘food first’ approach with optimum supplementation and personalised regimes.
