Welcome to Gray’s Totalhealth Pharmacy Online shop. If you continue to use this website, you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions. Our T&C and Privacy Policy govern Gray’s Pharmacy relationship with you regarding this website and your purchases. At no point are your statutory rights affected.

Gray’s Totalhealth Pharmacy is a trading name of YOUR NAME HERE, a company registered in Ireland. Our registered address is YOUR ADDRESS HERE. The term ‘Gray’s Pharmacy’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website grayspharmacy.ie. The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Ordering Products
Products displayed on our website can be ordered securely online through an encrypted secure server. We accept payment through Stripe, you can use your credit card or debit card also. When you place an order on our online shop, please provide us with a valid email address. Once your order has been placed, we will send you an email order confirmation. Please add grays@totalhealth.ie to your email contacts, so that the order confirmation will not be sent to your spam inbox.

We can confirm that all items we sell are 100% genuine. We do not sell copies or fake items. All images and videos on this website are supplied for illustration purposes only, the product you receive may not have the exact same packaging.

Shipping Information
We strive to dispatch orders by the next working day. Orders placed at the weekend or on bank holidays take approximately 1-3 business days to dispatch. Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to make any changes to your order. All orders are shipped via DPD Courier. You will receive an order when your order has been dispatched. Orders within Ireland will usually be delivered within 2 working days, once dispatched. If you would like to avail of our next day delivery service please order before 12pm.

Cancelations & Returns Policy
Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to return unwanted goods. This cooling-off period gives you 7 working days in which you can return your order. The period starts the day after the day that goods are received by the customer.  We kindly ask customers returning goods to ensure that the goods are unused and in the original packaging with all user information. The Distance selling regulations state that you are allowed to examine the products as you would in a physical store. We ask when returning goods to ensure they are still in perfect, re-sellable condition.

If you choose to exercise your right to return goods, please contact us in writing. We ask that you could provide us with your name, address, invoice number, details of items being returned and the reason for return, please submit this via email to grays@totalhealth.ie. We will send you the correct address to return the goods, please note that returns are at the customer’s expense.

You must use a reputable delivery service that can provide a tracking number and/or evidence that the goods have been returned back to us. We ask that you ensure that goods are packed with adequate packaging to guarantee that no damage is caused in transit. We will not take responsibility for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your delivery service to cover this.Assuming that our return’s policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 30 days of our receiving them. If in doubt about any aspect of our returns policy, please either email or phone us and we will be happy to help.

Damaged and Incorrect Items
All items are Quality Checked and thoroughly inspected before being dispatched from our warehouse. If you do receive an item that has been damaged or is incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide us with your order grays@totalhealth.ie. Once we receive your return/exchange request we may agree an exchange or credit and will provide instructions to return the item. Damaged/Incorrect items must be returned unused and still sealed in the original packaging. Assuming that our return’s policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 30 days of our receiving them.

Feedback & Complaints
We ask for your feedback, whether it is good or bad, to help us to improve the service we offer. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of Gray’s Totalhealth Pharmacy please contact us directly. We ask that you email us at grays@totalhealth.ie before you contact us on social media. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 48 hours. We will keep you informed as we handle your complaint and we endeavour to be able to resolve any complaint within 30 days.

Force Majeure
Gray’s Totalhealth Pharmacy will not accept liability for any failure to deliver goods, any delay in delivery or for any damage or defect to goods caused by any of the following events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control: Acts of God, flood, riots, fire, drought, war or legislation.

Limitation of Liability
Gray’s Totalhealth Pharmacy will not accept responsibility for any detrimental reliance you place on this website or its contents. We try to make our website uninterrupted and error free, but this is reliant on our web server. Therefore, our online shopping service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. From time to time, we may be out of stock of a product and our website has not updated our stock levels. We will not be held liable to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered. When this happens you have two choices;

  • You can wait for the item to come back in stock. Once this item is back in stock we will get this product delivered to you as soon as possible.
  • We can refund you for the value of your order.

This website may include accidental and unintentional inaccuracies or typographical errors, for which we apologise. We reserve the right to make changes in the description of products, prices and content at any time and without notice. We reserve the right to not supply goods and to cancel your order in the event of a pricing error or omission. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, for whatever reason.

Any other information or advice given on this site is meant for educational and guidance purposes only. Purchasers must be responsible for deciding whether such information or advice applies to their particular situation. No warranty is given as to the accuracy of any information given. Gray’s Totalhealth Pharmacy is not liable for any allergies or accidents caused by the products we sell.

Governing Law
This agreement between Gray’s Totalhealth Pharmacy and you shall be governed by Irish law, and Irish courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes. All rights, including copyright, trademarks, names and logos, used in relation to this website are owned by or controlled for these purposes by us. We reserve the right to issue legal proceedings against any companies or persons who copy any text, photographs, images, graphics, logos, button icons, trademarks or any part of this web site. The content of this website is and remains the intellectual property of Gray’s Totalhealth Pharmacy.

Sale of Medicines
There are strict guidelines in place with regard to internet supply of medicines under PSI guidance. When an internet user decides to purchase a medicine from grayspharmacy.ie, they must confirm that they are 18 years or older. The purchaser is also aware that the medicine should be used in accordance with the recommendations contained in the product packaging, and that the total quantity of the product to be supplied in the transaction is a quantity that is reasonably required for the purchaser’s own treatment. The guidelines require that each transaction is personally reviewed by a pharmacist and they personally supervise and authorise the supply. All medicines sales are only final upon review and approval by one of our pharmacists. A record of each transaction will be retained for 2 years in line with PSI Guidance.
