BetterYou DLux3000 Oral Spray is an optimum strength daily oral vitamin D supplement. Specially formulated to deliver vitamin D through the soft tissue of the mouth for optimal absorption. How to use: Shake well before every use. Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Can be taken any time of day.
